Using the Hanu Health App: A Balanced Review Plus Interview 

Hanu Health claims to be your "all-day stress coach" and a "mental health therapist in your hand." 🧘‍♀️📱

I tried out the app, accompanied by a real-time heart-rate monitor, across nearly four weeks as it tracked my heart rate variability, heart rate, and overall stress resiliency. I also got the chance to interview the brains behind Hanu Health, Dr. Jay Wiles.
