Did Apollo's SmartVibes Help Me Sleep?

I'm back with my THIRD review of the Apollo - a wearable that claims to calm your mind and keep you sleeping through the night with gentle vibrations that send safety signals to the brain.

When I reviewed it in 2020 - and again after becoming a parent in 2022 - I found it difficult to determine if my life was better with or without Apollo. Ultimately, I wasn’t sold on it.

Two years on, I wanted something to help me sleep - so I gave Apollo another go, this time I wore it for more than NINE weeks and trialed the brand’s new SmartVibes membership that’s supposed to learn your behavior and customize your Apollo vibes.

So, was it third time lucky? Watch to find out if Apollo finally made a noticeable difference this time around!

[Transparency: I was gifted the Apollo and trial of the brand’s Smartvibes membership]
